I picked up a brand new Lenovo 11" for $180 a few weeks ago on ebay. It's a 1.6 Ghz, dual processor 64-bit system with a 64Gig internal eMMC disk. It came with Windows 10 Pro which was too much for this system. I immediately replaced it with a copy of MintLinux 18.1 and it turned out to be a good little laptop. Just managed to install and get NetBSD running on it which was my goal all along.
There are a number of sellers on ebay that have these available. I suspect Lenovo is dumping the product as it's too underpowered for Windows 10. Not sure if you can get Windows 7 or XP running on it though. My guess would be no since it it UEFI and not BIOS based.
