My tablet is the Best Buy brand Insignia android ice cream sandwich. Please tell me where on my computer do I find the settings and mode for authentication method for the tablet? I did a search on Google for this problem and a lot of folks had a similar problem and were told they needed a separate wifi router. The light on the front of my Comcast SMC router for wifi is not lite. Does that mean it's available but not connected? My last resort is to call Comcast but I don't think they have an 800 # anymore. The tech told me I'd have to pay for calls to them for help!
