I'm not sure there is any way to make the inside antenna more sensitive in such a small space as an RV without creating oscillation. Best option is HotSpot right on top of the antenna and then WiFi into the hotspot and for voice, bond the cell phone to the antenna and then use wireless bluetooth headset.
I picked up a $39 bluetooth headset at Staples yesterday and tried it out. I could go anywhere in the RV with great reception and about 25' outside and had no issues. Using voice activation to dial was actually quite nice. I had not used this feature before.
