Need Opinions for getting internet provider / hotspot

Everything is done over the Internet these days.. I Have a "Straight talk" cheepie contract at WM, with a Samsung S4 which does NOT have hotspot ability on it. Not really sure what I need, But I...

Guess we are in the same boat in that we use or smart phone to get on the internet and always go over our allotted minutes/bytes when we are in Florida for the month of January when we use it every day.
