Need Opinions for getting internet provider / hotspot

Everything is done over the Internet these days.. I Have a "Straight talk" cheepie contract at WM, with a Samsung S4 which does NOT have hotspot ability on it. Not really sure what I need, But I...

AT&T Unity hotspot with Mobile Shared Data Plan. All of your devices share the data pool in this plan. There is a limit (which you choose) but only music and video are throttled at the limit. Essentially unlimited data otherwise.
