Need Opinions for getting internet provider / hotspot

Everything is done over the Internet these days.. I Have a "Straight talk" cheepie contract at WM, with a Samsung S4 which does NOT have hotspot ability on it. Not really sure what I need, But I...

We have Walmart ST service also. We use a Straight Talk hotspot that uses Verizon towers. We don't use it much but it seems to work fine. Start and stop when you want.
