He uses the cell phone for internet, because of no Wi-Fi poor Wi-Fi from CG and he can't use his pc
His straight talk phone does not hot spot to the pc
Sounds like his straight talk is limited and he is paying for the extra data used when he can't use CG Wi-Fi
