Need Opinions for getting internet provider / hotspot

Everything is done over the Internet these days.. I Have a "Straight talk" cheepie contract at WM, with a Samsung S4 which does NOT have hotspot ability on it. Not really sure what I need, But I...

T-Mobile has pulled up its socks coverage wise. I've decided to use it as I can get unlimited data in Canada with it. 24 gigs of tethering or hotspot at full speed.
