Need Opinions for getting internet provider / hotspot

Everything is done over the Internet these days.. I Have a "Straight talk" cheepie contract at WM, with a Samsung S4 which does NOT have hotspot ability on it. Not really sure what I need, But I...

Same here. I use a Straight Talk mobile hotspot and am quite satisfied with it. I've always been able to use it anywhere I've been. You should check it out online. I use it specifically when I'm accessing sensitive (personal) info online, such as banking, bill paying, making purchases, etc.
