"Net Neutraility" Is Yes Or Is No Significant ?

Let a lawyer get his hands on something and then an answer like "It Depends On The Meaning, Is" is hyped. Can someone explain to me what really is going to happen? I communicate medical issue...

Lots of Chicken Littles out there.
Life was livable a couple of years ago, I'm sure it will be livable post net neutrality.
Yes, things may change but I'm sure I can live just fine with whatever happens. If I watch less TV and spend less time on the internet, that's probably a good thing in my opinion.
