Is your question whether you can get an aftermarket wi-fi antenna that will help you stream Netflix with campground wifi?
The thread header seems disconnected from the thread body. What kind of trouble are you referring to in your post?
You can buy, or make, an antenna that will improve your wifi connectivity. It will not help with the speed of the campground wifi, but it will help you connect. Streaming Netflix off the average campground wifi is pretty much an impossibility.
