Saw this on the morning news, worth a look. I tried it out with friends all over and it works. Never get lost Of course you have to be within cellular service.

Their website says
Google Maps doesn’t make it easy to share a location in the middle of, say, Central Park or Hyde Park to organise a meeting point, and usually isn’t helpful if you want to navigate directly to a specific building entrance.
