This is being caused by a cookie issue.

You need to have the randmcnally.auth cookie, or will receive the not able to re-direct message in Firefox. Check to make sure you have these cookies?
If you do have them, then it could be caused by corrupt cookies. Clear out Firefox cache and cookies. Then log into GS Trip Planner once again. If the page takes too long to load, press the F5 key to reload the page in a PC. Command+R for MAC.
