May be a little confusion here. Yes, I was referring as per my title to a Network Interface Card using a RJ-45 connector and Ethernet cable.
After a little more research a USB adapter would work fine but I've also found a cheap PCI card that has Win 10 drivers. Many of the links in other posts do not specify Win 10 compatibility, so they may or may not work.
