grrrr! Dell Non-support…NO help except for recovery media everyone used to get w/ new computer anyway

Something I do not understand is if the platter spins and some recovery apps see data files (according to friend) and even that they are sound, why can’t a sata-usb harness allow any PC to look at the contents from the usb? Not boot, just read from the folders as some of you have done.

Anyone ever have BB use their recovery ‘mule’ device?
