Unfortunately Winegard also uses a different antenna for Dish or DirecTV also. So I still believe the salesman is either blowing smoke or only half heard what is new. There is nothing on the web site indicating anything.
As a side note, welcome, you will love your Creek, Ours is nine years old and still looks and works as new.
BTW they supply Jensen TV's so you might try and get a TV delete and just go out and buy quality TV;s when you get it.
If it fits I might put in on a track system behind the basement door and then go with better
