Old School CB?
In todays time is a CB radio still useful and if so what set up is recommended and what is the cost for it to be purchased and installed professionally?

Any recommendations on unit, antenna and the like?
I like Midland and Corbra with the weather alert function. I always upgrade the microphone when I buy one. For antenna, I recommend a Wilson. I have the roof mounted with a magnet.
P.S. Which ever antenna you choose, spend a little extra $$ for a good antenna. Makes a big difference in the quality of your reception.
