In todays time is a CB radio still useful and if so what set up is recommended and what is the cost for it to be purchased and installed professionally?

wal mart has a cobra for $34.00, $40 at a truck stop. if you have dual pain windows, do not try to use a thru the glass antenna, trust me on this one.
