Online Good Sam order (Free Shipping?)

Quick question, being a Good Sam Member, one of the perks is free shipping orders over $100.

Ordered a Surge protector ($200+ order) -still was charged $9.00 (stated large/overweight), would not of thought a surge protector, would be considered large/over-weight item.

What determines large/over-weight?

    X2 I feel like it is a big secret what the policy of CW/GS is. Why not just answer the question asked?

  • Do you order it online? I had something similar happen to me. When I called to complain about being charged shipping, I was told that it was glitch in the website. They refunded the shipping and told me in the future to call my orders in instead of using the website. How can a company survive in the 21st century with websites like that? There are plenty of website designers available that can fix this problem cheaper than having your customers go elsewhere..
