Check out JungleDisk as well. What I like:
1. You create online disks that mount as native disks on PC or Mac
2. The disks can be encrypted and secured with a supplied password
3. The disks can be used online only or synced with an existing local folder
4. You can use multiple PCs, each sees the disk and any file changes
5. If you have multiple computers syncing the same folder, then a file created on one will be automatically synced to the other.
