Opinions regarding improving WiFi at campgrounds

I have a marine wifi adapter that I can hoist above my RV. If there is wifi anywhere about I can find it and use it.

I think there is a better market on the mobile side, helping RVers pull in signals. As others have noted, the parks don't have real motivation to spend $$ on providing quality internet currently.
