Opinions regarding improving WiFi at campgrounds

Wifi and cable is very spotty at most parks. Some have invested money in a good system and ISP plan while many have bogged and often inoperative set ups. All about cost. Chances are if the hookups look old and rusty the internet will be the same. I would pay a couple dollars for fast internet I could stream with but have yet to see that in a park
