The problem is the majority of RV parks are in rural areas where these options are just not available like they are in urban areas. If they are the cost is much greater than in the urban area . Also setting up a network in a building is far less expensive and problematic compared to setting up an outdoor system to cover a large area. I think the RV park owner is frustrated that these new breed of RVers is just not realistic in their expectations.
And this park you refer to is the exception to the rule . The overwhelming majority of parks do not have access to this type of backhaul . Then even if you have the available backhaul , the cost of setting up a wifi network to properly cover an RV park is prohibitive . It is not near as simple as setting up a in building network . I suggest if someone needs this kind of internet service for their streaming needs , maybe the RV lifestyle is not for them , or find a rv park that can cater to your needs . Do not expect the average RV park to be able to offer it . And by the way , Be willing to pay for it !
