I'm not an expert on CG wifi and internet access. What I do know is that where available, fiber or cable has driven the cost of broadband access down, even while providing 4-5x the bandwidth of T-1 access. How that $400 per month for the top level fiber access compares to TengoInternet, with probably some level of DSL (or similar) service, I have no idea. But I will tell you this..... $400/mo spread out over 400+ sites in the CG I am specifically addressing, cannot possibly break the bank. And remember, I already stated that the wifi access point setup is terrific and already in place. AND the fiber company provides the router hardware as part of the deal.
As to the GrandKids, you are absolutely right! DW convinces herself and them, that they want to come. Everyone is happy for the first few hours while they are splashing around in the pool or bouncing around the playground. However when it comes time to sit around the site, if it ain't electronics it ain't fun..... I didn't raise them, so can't take credit or blame for that! ;-)
