OTR Indoor Antenna
Just looking to get local live stations. I know the rooftop antennas work well but is anyone using one of those OTR Indoor Antennas? Don't really want to put an antenna on the roof but was wondering...

I have a relatively inexpensive indoor antenna from Walmart that I bought for home when the sat company stopped transmitting FOX network during price disputes. And later used it when the sat company and NBC were also fighting. Worked well for the couple weeks we used it both times. We are about 35 miles from the transmission towers.
You can also buy a larger, greater range antenna and install in the attic that would likely give better and more reliable reception if you are very far from the towers. There are a numbet of transmitter tower locating web sites such as this one.
