Our Winegard SK3003 satellite dish has a problem...Help

This is a 2012 dish and is SD, not HD. DirecTV screen tells us X771 (can't find satellite). Took to a RV service center and it turns out there is one bad cable...maybe (still checking).. This dish...

I think that was the model I had some years ago. If so, there is a control cable that goes to a control box and then two cables that carry the satellite signal. You can either bring these two cables in (one to each receiver), or bring (either) one in and use a DirecTV splitter to bring the signal to the two receivers.
