Our Winegard SK3003 satellite dish has a problem...Help

This is a 2012 dish and is SD, not HD. DirecTV screen tells us X771 (can't find satellite). Took to a RV service center and it turns out there is one bad cable...maybe (still checking).. This dish...

All is well....finally. Tech switched output B on dish (inoperative) to output C and that solved problem. It did take a call to DirecTV to switch receiver from house antenna to RV antenna input....
