Can you not remove the shower head? My short coiled outdoor shower hose on my 5er has a standard hose fitting on the end that I can attach a garden hose to. And it has good pressure.
Be aware that many RV parks have restrictions on washing the RV on site. And if you do, be nice to your neighbors. Was in one RV park where a guy washed his RV and flooded his site and the sites on either side of him. I am sure that is a major reason for the ban at many parks, in addition to the extra water usage.
