I have been known to hook up my expandable hose to the shorter blue coiled hose to wash my cap.
I have found that the best way to keep your front cap clean of bugs is a good wax, and wash/hosing at each overnight stop.. The longer they stay on, the harder it is to get them off...
ANYWAY back to topic.. this way I don't have to worry about any wash rules due to water restrictions. Mine works fine
