Can anyone share the cost of Dish pay as you go programming?

Dish 4 My RV or Pay as you go is pay for all or part of a monthly period. NOT for air time used. You pay for the month in advance. You do not get the "New Subscriber" discounts. Your savings is in the months you do not use. Lowest price appears to be $36.99 a month. I have not heard of the Welcome package but you can ask.
