As the others have said the sender needs to login and "send" you money. One caution though is to be sure and select the proper category for the transaction as this determines who pays the fees, if any are charged (I believe that there is some selection that has no fees).
OP needs to ask the sender to "send money to family or friends", which attracts very low or zero fees.
