It's has a free version and a paid version. The free version must be run manually to clean your PC. The paid version runs in the background to prevent access to known nefarious sites.
As a retired computer professional, I've been using it and recommending it for years with excellent results. - DougEExplorerI used it for quite a while and have had good results. I've only had one aberant website pop up that I had to do a maintenance scan to eliminate. If someone knows better, correct me. I think they have a list of "good" executible files and what their byte count should be. If it's not on the list and had the correct count, it doesn't let it run.
- rk911Exploreri have a buddy that's been using the pcmatic suite for a few years and loves it. the problem with that or any similar suite is you don't know what the suite doesn't know or recognize.
