sounds similar to my tracfone but don't remember the rates. I got the $19.95 one at walmart that has double minutes. kept buying the annual cards for under $100 with ??? minutes, then based on somebody's suggestion here, just went to their service maintenance plan, about $5 a month no minutes added, since I built up about 1800 minutes on mine.
