Popup Blocker/Flashplayer Pro is not a Popup ad

This is primarily directed to 1492 or Mr. Wizard. I did a search and after reading posts there decided to upgrade my IE Popup Blocker to HIGH, what if anything besides popup ads will I not see. We...

I just realized that the only time this stupid thing appears is when we open either one of our mail servers. I'm still tracking down a cure.
