Got rid of the darn thing. I started with AGV Free, no problems found. Tried MalwareBytes, no problems found. Downloaded Ad-Aware, scan turned up a lot of trackers, key strokes, ad ware and a couple of really bad guys.
All three were recommended by you guys but only Ad-Aware found anything.
Returned the IE popup blocker to medium and tried all the locations this virus showed up. While it was not a benovelant program at least they weren't trying to hack my card or bank account. This week my Dentist got hit at the Bank for $10K and my eldest daughter got hit for several thou.
So to all of you thanks for the help and suggestions and hopefully this won't happen again.
