POSTING IMAGES on RV.NET FORUM using WIN10 EDGE
We have had the NEW WIN 10 going for a few days now and finally got around to sending some IMAGES on the forum...
I added a couple of pictures in one post and tried to add a couple more and could not. This is using the new WIN10 EDGE Browser... Tried several times with no good results... I could not get the IMAGES FORM to open up to add the HTTP address and image size etc...
I went back to using CHROME and it worked like a champ doing the very same routine...
Might have been a fluke as the RV NET was off here a couple of times yesterday...
I am now just using the WIN10 EDGE for mostly monitoring things and running my INTERNET RADIO and INTERNET SCANNER RADIO ops etc.. All of my RV and HAM RADIO forums are using the CHROME BROWSER...
Running DUAL MONITORs here so it is easy to have two INTERNET BROWSERS going at same time with favorite TABS running from each of the two EDGE and CHROME browsers in the separate monitors...
This is about the only hiccup I have come across so far with the new WIN10...
Will play some more today with sending IMAGES using the WIN10 EDGE Internet Browser program. Hopefully it was a fluke thing. I actually was able to kill the EDGE program completely and had to restart the APP all over again... When this has happened using the older browsers usually the computer just freezes up things. Apparently WIN10 closes out the APP when it quits working...
