prepaid telephone cards 1-800 service

I have some older 1-800 cards for long distance, where I do not have a specific long distance provider listed for which one has to pay a monthly fee. I am wanting additional cards and they don't seem to be readily available where I have been checking.
Does such a thing still exist? Of course the clerks send me to the section where I can buy phone cards and time for specific cell phones, which I do not want.
any ideas as to where these are available?

    Do you mean like PennyTalk cards? (Where they charge you a connection fee and then a penny a minute or something like that?)

    I haven't seen those for years. There used to be constant spamming for them.

    EDIT: Apparently they still exist. Penny Talk. Who knew. :)
