The big question is how much business is lost due to confusion or frustration. I can't think of a single brick and mortar store that also has an online storefront (like Target) that has different prices for products that are stocked in the store and online.
If you happen to know about this forum, it's possible to get things worked out, but if you walk in off the street, CW can be confusing in terms of pricing and catalogs. I'm surprised fixing this isn't a priority with the company.
