When I want to print a document and don't have my printer at the time I will use the "PRINT TO PDF" option...
This saves my printed file as a PDF which I can print later...
This also works well if you do have a printer and run out of INK or PAPER on the road. You can scan the document and save the scan using the "PRINT TO PDF" option...
