For anyone that needs to receive/sign/email documents I suggest looking into Hello Sign. When we were moving I paid for their service but they also have a 3 per month free service if you just sign up.
You can take a picture of your signature email it to their server and it will link to your account (I do mine and my wife's under my account and the same under her account (so we can sign 6/month if needed).
When you need to sign something you upload it to the site, open it in their web app, place your signature or initials, save and email or download the document and done.
As for this thread I'm very interested in more recommendations as I'm about to purchase my "travel" printer/scanner for the road. I'll be working and my LARGE Xerox color laser just isn't going to cut it.
One thing that many here aren't mentioning is the ability to print from a mobile device. That's something that I want/need so I can print direct from my iPad rather than forwarding myself an email to print something like I do at home now.
