This seems like a UPS problem, not a Camping World problem. CW is trying to help you but due to unfortunate timing they can't immediately respond because they ARE pouring money and effort into upgrading and improving their systems.

I understand being aggravated when things don't work out exactly as you like, but sometimes stuff happens.
