Problem with my Order Customer Service Can't Help

I ordered 3 items online on May 2. Got one right away on Thursday May 7 no problem. It occurs to me today that I haven't got the other 2 items yet. I go to the web site and put in my order number a...

It is not a UPS problem ...yet, There is no record that the other two items of my order have shipped from California warehouse. Because of the computer update they cannot see anything about my order. I will wait until Monday and try again.
