This seems like a UPS problem, not a Camping World problem. CW is trying to help you but due to unfortunate timing they can't immediately respond because they ARE pouring money and effort into upgrading and improving their systems.

I disagree. Camping World cannot provide customer service for 5+ days because of a computer issue? That is absurd! I bet Amazon would never shut down for 5 days!
Once again, Camping World has proven they do not care about their customer, but they do care about themselves!
