Well I have to give Mark from Rapid Response credit. He got it done. He called me yesterday (I got the message too late in the day to call back) so I returned his call and after a little bit of phone tag we spoke voice to voice. They are taking care of the issue in a way that makes me very happy. We talked a bit about how their IT department thought this was a perfect time to do the computer overhaul because it is a slow time for them ( the IT people not the sales people). So for now I'm a Happy Camper waiting for my express package to arrive.
