Problem with my Order Customer Service Can't Help

I ordered 3 items online on May 2. Got one right away on Thursday May 7 no problem. It occurs to me today that I haven't got the other 2 items yet. I go to the web site and put in my order number and it says all three have been delivered by ready post (that aggravating service where UPS dumps the package at USPS for them to deliver). The packing slip on item 1 said the 2 yet to come were coming from California so I knew they weren't on the same tracking number since the first item came from Kentucky. So I called Camping World customer service where a young man tells me that all three were delivered to me. I explained that was impossible and why. He said to call UPS with the tracking number. I explained that wouldn't get me anywhere because of the 1 from Kentucky and two from California issue. He then tells me he can't find anything out until MONDAY because they are in the middle of a massive computer overhaul and can't look anything up until then. Really? Is this the best you can do? I am just hoping I can get my things before the Memorial Day camping weekend. Anybody listening? Please help.
