Problem with Quicken 2014

We can't print anything from the program. Printer works fine with other programs. When we attempt to print we select the printer, selt print, hear a tone and nothing prints.
Any recommendations?

    Does the Print dialog box come up?

    If so is your printer selected in the top Printer box?



    I just tried my first print with 2014 to make sure it works, and it does...

    I am having lots of other problems with this new software though! Their testing & QA looks to be pretty lacking. :R
