I purchased a Novatel 6620 from "he who shall not be named" on June 24 with service end date of 11-15-2016. On August 13 I could not access the internet. The MiFi had a good 3G signal and I could connect via WiFi to the device but no internet. I sent an email off to "he who shall not be named" and was told to send it in. I was in Oregon at the time and waited until I got home to send it in on August 20. The MiFi was delivered the morning of Aug. 22 and am waiting for a response.
