Good Morning.. we use a Dish 612 DVR receiver in the RV and connect to either our Winegard Travler or tripod mounted 1000.4 sat dish. Rarely do we have to use the tripod dish as the Winegard does a pretty good job even under trees. When we do use the tripod mount it's easy to set up using the Dishpointer app on my phone. Just takes some practice to get it. Was a little frustrating in the beginning getting it right, But practice makes perfect! We can watch and record 2 sat stations at the same time plus get local OTA channels with this setup.
