Question on storing a LED TV

Hello,

This year we are storing my 5th wheel in Myrtle Beach for the winter. It has a flat screen LED TV inside. My question is can I safely leave the TV in the RV over winter or do I need to bring it home and store it someplace warm?

Thanks in advance

Dave

  • leave it ,unplug it . as long as you dont try to turn it on while its cold it wont be a problem
  • We've left ours in the MH down to -20*F. Have a friend with a cabin in Talkeetna who leaves their TV installed all winter. The cabin in not heated. They go up probably every other weekend, crank up the wood stove and turn on the TV. It's been installed with no problems for three winters now. Talkeetna gets down to -30*F each winter.
