Radio sounds in background on computer

Strange new phenomenon. When I turn on the computer, I hear radio sounds, voices, ads, talk show stuff. It stays on all the while I go from site to site. I didn't ask for this. Called Comcast and they said not from them. Any ideas out there? Thanks.

Just a wild shot, go to your apps and check any music or radio stations you might have listening to but forgot to turn it off when you closed up.
